Our olive products have been processed and packed by us on our olive Estate. OlivFresh is proudly "Estate to Plate". It's your guarantee of consistent quality!
All our olive products are hand graded TWO times to ensure quality. They are graded the first time when they arrive at the processing area after being harvested. They are then quality graded a further time over the next months before they are finally packed into the containers. This is your way of knowing that there is less wastage in OlivFresh products.
All OlivFresh products are Certified Organic. The Olives are Naturally fermented in rainwater and sea salt. Some products are cured and de-bittered using old, traditional Mediterranean recipes to add extra flavour.
Ligurian Style Olives. These delicious small black olives are our most awarded product. The olives are prepared in the Ligurian Style where the olives are marinated in Rosemary and Thyme over a four month period. The result is a delicious, slightly nutty flavoured olive, with low salt and which has an easily removed small pit. Ligurian Style olives are available in 360 gm tubs, 2.4 kg, 11.2 kg, 22.4 kg pails and in the bulk 200L drums.
Arbequina Black. Originally from Spain, Arbequina is the most widely planted olive variety in the world and is renowned for its delicate olive oil and as a superb table olive. Arbequina Black is as a small olive which is packed in natural low salt brine. Available in 2.4 kg, 11.2 kg, 22.4 kg pails and in the bulk 200L drums.
Olive and Fig Tapenade Dip. Our Black Arbequina plus certified organic Figs are combined to produce this award winning Tapenade Dip. It is perfect on crusty bread or crackers. Available in 260 gm tubs.
Green Olive and Avocado Tapenade Dip. Green Olive tapenade is unusual but with avocado, it is even more so. The certified organic avocados are locally sourced and blended with our Coratina olives. Capers, spices and herbs are added to produce an olive dip with the delicious slight tang that naturally fermented green olives produce. Available in 260 gm tubs.
Green Olives. These larger olives are produced by a combination of natural fermentation and a traditional Mediterranean de-bittering process involving natural lime. The result is an outstanding certified organic green olive. Available in 360 gm tubs, 2.4 kg, 11.2 kg, 22.4 kg pails and in the bulk 200L drums.
Party Mix Olives. The best of both worlds! When you are after something different in olives and would like to experience a range of small and large, Green and Black olives in the one pack, this is it. Very attractive when placed on a mixed platter or gently heated, tossed in Olive Oil and served as a warm Starter. Available in 360 gm tubs, 2.4 kg, 11.2 kg, 22.4 kg pails and in the bulk 200L drums.
Sun Dried Black Olives. (Available soon) Our larger sized Picholine olives are pitted and used to produce a 60 gm snack pack treat that is very hard to resist. The olives are available their Natural low-salt flavour. Available in 60 gm re-sealable zip-top packs. A healthy snack pack for home, work or school lunch.
