About us ....
Our 7000 certified organic olive trees comprise the Arbequina, Coratina, Picual, Picholine and Barnea varieties. These varieties allow us to produce a range of black and green Table Olives, Tapenade Dips, Olive Oil and other olive products.
Our popular OlivFresh Ligurian Style Olives have won numerous National Awards.
Our trees grow on gently undulating north facing land and are fully irrigated to ensure consistency of growth and production. The warmer South-East Queensland climate ripens our olives before the rest of Australia, allowing our products earlier access to the fresh olive and olive oil markets each season.
To ensure quality control of our products we have full table olive processing and packing facilities on the Estate.
